To support one of the holiest and most logistically complex sites in the world, IPU SA delivered a smart automation solution for the Pedestrian Tunnel Haram Project — a major infrastructure initiative enhancing pilgrim mobility in Mecca. In partnership with Abunayyan Trading Co., our team designed and deployed a redundant MV synchronization control system, powered by Schneider Hot-Standby PLCs and GE886 protection relays. Integrated SCADA and PLC platforms ensure seamless real-time control of substations, MV generators, and switchgear — forming a resilient central command backbone for critical energy operations.
